02 · Built for Tucson
The heat is the reason we exist
A summer in Tucson will kill a training habit faster than any injury. So we built the gym around it: early doors, a cold floor, and a schedule that front-loads the day.
Doors open before sunrise on weekdays. The 5:30 AM crowd is our friendliest, and a rack is always open.
Industrial AC plus three big fans keep the whole floor cool, even when the parking lot hits 108.
Chilled water refill, electrolyte packets, and cold towels at the desk from May through September.
Covered parking for 40 cars, a bike rack by the door, and a 30-second walk to the AC.
03 · Timetable
22 classes. Pick your lane.
Coached, capped at 14 people, included in every plan. Filter by what you're into. Stars mark beginner-friendly classes where the coach assumes nothing.

05 · Coaches
On the floor, not behind a desk
Four full-time coaches, and at least one of them is walking the floor every hour we're open. Ask them anything. Especially the dumb questions, which aren't.
Marisol Vega
Head coach · Strength
Ask me aboutYour first barbell squat, training around a cranky lower back, and why 5:30 AM is the best hour in the building.
Dre Thompson
Boxing & conditioning
Ask me aboutFootwork, hitting a bag until your week makes sense again, and how to wrap your hands so they don't come loose.
Kenji Okafor
Mobility & return-to-training
Ask me aboutStiff hips, desk-job shoulders, and coming back after a knee that still complains about 2019.
Tasha Reyes
HIIT & group training
Ask me aboutGetting your conditioning back after a long break without hating every minute of it. Most of the minutes, fine.
06 · Your first visit
What actually happens
The first visit is free, takes about 30 minutes, and ends with you knowing whether this is your gym. No sales office. No one follows you to your car.
- 1
Claim your visit
Fill the 30-second form or call. We'll text to confirm a time, ideally one that beats the heat.
- 2
Meet your coach at the desk
A coach greets you by name, shows you the water, the lockers, and where the quiet corners are.
- 3
Walkthrough and a short workout
Matched to your starting point: a few basics for new folks, a normal session for lifters. About 20 minutes.
- 4
Decide on your own time
Leave with a plan on paper, not a contract. Sign up online later if it felt right. Most people do.
What to bring
Sneakers, a water bottle (there's a chilled refill station inside), and whatever you'd wear for a walk. We have the rest: towels, lockers, chalk, and hand wraps you can borrow.

These are placeholder quotes written for this demo. On a real site, this block pulls in the gym's verified Google reviews.
I hadn't been inside a gym in twelve years. Marisol walked me through everything and nobody looked at me twice.
5 AM, cold floor, open racks. That's the whole pitch for me, and they've kept it up for three summers.
Boxing Fundamentals on a Monday night fixed my Sunday dread better than anything else I've tried.
07 · Questions
Before you come in
The things people ask us most. Still wondering about something? Call and ask a human.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. You can cancel or pause from your account page, and your access runs to the end of the month you paid for. No cancellation fees, no "annual membership fee" surprise.
Can I bring a guest?
Full Access and Coached members get one guest pass a month, and any member can bring a guest free on Fridays. Otherwise a day pass is $15 and includes classes that day.
Where do I park?
Our lot at 300 Demo Road has 40 covered spaces and a bike rack by the front door. There's additional street parking along Demo Road. Both are free, and the walk to the AC is about 30 seconds.
I'm a complete beginner. Will I feel out of place?
You'll feel new, which is different. Pick "Brand new" above and we'll start you with Foundations, three coached sessions that cover the basics and the etiquette. The 9 AM–3 PM window is the quietest if you'd rather not be seen figuring it out. Nobody minds, though.
Is there a locker room with showers?
Yes. Two locker rooms, each with showers, and towels are included with every plan. Bring a lock or borrow one from the desk.
How hot does it get inside in summer?
The floor holds around 70°F year-round. We run industrial AC and three large fans, and from May through September the desk has chilled towels and electrolyte packets.
When is it busiest?
Weekdays 5:30–7 AM and 5–7 PM. Quietest is 9 AM–3 PM, and Sunday mornings are calm. Even at peak, there are four racks and two platforms, so the wait is short.
